:: TERMS & CONDITIONS ::
- Truly Madly Sweetly Bakehouse now available in Melaka & Muar.
- Our cupcakes are made to order to keep its freshness hence there's no ready made.
- For small orders, our prices are fixed; therefore there'll be no discounts or price reduction of any kind.
- I Don't take orders for fancy cookies anymore..or at least until further notice,when I have a helper..(God knows when..huhu)
- Not taking orders for difficult logo/edible images for cupcakes.
- I'l l try to update all info regarding prices, sizes, and address in my blog.unless there's something that u don't see it there,do sms me..
- I don't keep customer's phone number due to space limitation in my phone book.do include your name when u text me. (bila dh send email baru I akan bagi my contact number. Tak bole post dekat blog sebab open sangat ;-)
- I will not be able to take last minute orders anymore.
- Please place your order;
1. at least 1 week in advance for small order (below 100 pcs)
2. at least 2 week in advance for bulk order (101 ~ 499 pcs)
3. 1 month for 500 pcs and above
- I don't do delivery or send my cupcakes by courier. All have to be self-collect at my house in Serkam, Melaka.
- Pickup Point:
* Ayer Keroh (9am-5:30pm) - Melaka Perdana,Ayer Keroh.
* Saturday to Sunday - will be at my house and nowhere else(Entrance Balai Polis Serkam, Ikan Bakar Terapung, Telok Mas, and Bandar Melimau.).
* For another places will be charge starting RM20++ *

2. You can choose design from our previous order or should you have your own ideas, I would love to hear it from you.
